Log Rx
Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These are the terms for using Log Rx at log-rx.app. By signing in you agree to them. They are short on purpose; if something is unclear, ask in the community Discord.
What Log Rx is
Log Rx analyzes World of Warcraft combat logs and helps guilds plan and review raids, manage rosters, attendance and recruitment. It is a free community tool, supported by donations and, in future, by sponsor placements served from this site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Blizzard Entertainment or by Warcraft Logs (RPGLogs). World of Warcraft and its assets are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
Your account
- You sign in with Discord and must meet Discord's age requirement (13 or older).
- You are responsible for what is done from your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Your Warcraft Logs key
Log Rx never uses a shared key. Every request to the Warcraft Logs API is made with the client id and secret you created in your own Warcraft Logs account, under Warcraft Logs' terms. You are responsible for staying within those terms and the rate limits of your key. Log Rx caches results so your guild uses the API less, not more.
Guild data and roles
A guild on Log Rx belongs to its Guild Master. Officers and members act within the roles the Guild Master assigns. Data that officers enter about members (rosters, attendance, needs, assignments) is the guild's to manage, and the Guild Master can delete the guild and everything in it. Do not enter information about people who have not agreed to be part of your guild's raiding.
Officers who connect Log Rx to a Discord server choose what it posts there and are responsible for who can see those channels.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use someone else's Warcraft Logs credentials or share yours through Log Rx.
- Scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute data obtained through Log Rx.
- Copy, reverse engineer or reproduce Log Rx's software, design, features or analysis methods, or use them to build a competing service.
- Probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other users' data.
- Upload images or text that are unlawful, that you do not have the right to use, or that harass anyone.
- Use the service for anything other than raiding communities in World of Warcraft.
An account that does any of this can be removed without notice.
Our content
The Log Rx name, software, design, text, analysis methods and grading belong to Log Rx and are protected by intellectual property law. Using the service gives you no ownership of them and no right to copy them.
Content you provide
You keep ownership of the text and images you enter. You give Log Rx permission to store, process and display them to do what the tool does: show them to your guild, draw them on cards you share, and keep trend history. Uploaded images are stored publicly; anyone with the address can view them. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored and for how long.
Donations and sponsors
Donations are voluntary and do not buy features, data or influence over grades. Any perk for donors (such as hiding sponsor placements) is a courtesy that may change. Sponsor placements, when present, are labeled as such.
Your decisions
Log Rx gives information, not advice. Recruiting, roster, loot, attendance and every other guild decision belong to you and your guild, and Log Rx is not responsible for them or for how anyone treats a player because of a number shown here.
Other services
Log Rx is a fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, Warcraft Logs or Discord, and their own terms apply when you use them through Log Rx. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or what they do with your data.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or remove an account, guild or content that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, with or without notice. You can stop using Log Rx and delete your account at any time.
No warranty
Log Rx is provided as is. Grades, uptimes and every other number are computed from logs that can be incomplete or wrong, and the computation can have bugs. Use your judgment before acting on them. We do not promise the service will be available, error-free, or preserved forever, and we may change or shut down features. To the extent the law allows, Log Rx is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service.
Limitation of liability
Log Rx is free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Log Rx and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost raids, lost loot or lost goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to zero. Some places do not allow these limits; there, they apply as far as the law permits.
Indemnity
If your use of Log Rx, the content you provide, or the actions you take with it (including in your guild's Discord) leads to a claim against Log Rx, you agree to cover the costs that result, to the extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced in the community Discord before they take effect, and the date at the top moves. Continuing to use Log Rx after that is acceptance.
